Thank you very much for selecting Thunk IT Consulting to implement your “ITeas.” We love having you as a client. Consequently, we put a lot of time, love, and tenderness as well as design and research into giving you the best quotes, ideas, implementations, services or products. Thunk IT Consulting, therefore, has a no refund policy on the deposit for or payment (partial or in-full) for any of its products and services.

In addition, sometimes changes to a project require additional money. If the Client and Thunk IT Consulting both agree to modify the project and agree on what the additional cost will be, %50 of the difference between the new price and the old price is due before additional work will be done. This is a deposit on the additional work to make the changes. The remainder of the new price is due when the project is finished and approved. All deposits on project changes are also non-refundable.

We will commit our best to create IT, support IT, and train IT in order to implement your “ITeas”. In return, we hope that you will honor your financial commitments to us.
